Overview

During the internship, the intern will be able to establish a pipeline of InfoSec expertise by performing daily routine monitoring of security tasks including reviewing and following up on alerts generated in Nitro, Forcepoint, McAfee DLP, Varonis and Imperva security systems; by preparing monitoring records, statistics report; and by joining InfoSec projects and meetings and preparing meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on alerts generated by Nitro, Forcepoint, McAfee DLP, Varonis and Imperva security systems
• Follow up messages in common mailboxes (CIRT and Reported-Phishing)
• Generate statistics and standard reports
• Attend team meeting and write meeting minutes
• Participate in other security monitoring related engagements

Qualifications

• Information system, MIS or CS major is preferred

• Proficiency with statistics and reporting 
• Willing to engage into daily routine tasks with proactive attitude
• Patience and alertness  

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
