Overview

Assist with the data analytics tasks and reconciliation, and support the team adminstrative task required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HRD, the scheduling of all training sessions and work with the applicable businesses to identify the required audience for each training session
  • Maintain and track all Training records for each of the prescribed required trainings, as outlined within the Branch’s Training Plan and corresponding Needs Assessment;
  • Work with the Head of LCD Training to address any gaps that may be identified in the Training Plan/Assessment and provide timely resolution Work with the course owners/content owners and vendors to design and develop training courses on the annual plan
  • Coordinate the exam/quiz process with participants in training modules and ensure HRD receives all evidence of the training sessions (i.e., sign-in sheets, test/quiz results, and employee surveys/feedback forms);
  • Assist in developing and maintaining monthly MI Reporting on all training that is delivered and report, as an example, all completed sessions, those that are past due, track employees that have missed their required training sessions, track those employees who have failed the mandatory test/quiz after each session, etc.
  • Ensure HRD is provided with all required training records/information on a timely basis; and
  • Communicate, timely, any follow up with employees that may have missed their required training modules, to ensure the overall completion rate is close to 100%, as possible.

Qualifications

  • Good programming skills: SQL, VBA, Algorithm, Python, MS Access, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Qlik/Tableau
  • Good database skills: DDL, Database Performance Tuning, ODBC, SQL Server, Oracle
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven English writing and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude, enthusiastic team spirit and attention to detail

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
