Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the Attendance, Benefits and Payroll functions, as well as the Employee Morale Enhancement Program.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to

  • Assist the Attendance & Payroll team to process daily attendance administration and coordinate with departments for timesheet adjustment
  • Paid Time Off entitlement preparation for new hires and terminated employees for payroll processing
  • Assist the Benefits team with processing benefits enrollment, termination, changes and preparing benefits orientation package
  • Assist the department with office administration
  • Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assignments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or other related majors; Master’s degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of HR related experience with strong interest and passion in HR as a career required
  • Be capable of multi-tasking and working in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing is a must, bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
