Overview

The intern will join the expatriate team to assist with expat management pojects and ensure that they are delivered timely.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the supervisor to monitor and implement expatriate management process, including recruiting, onboarding, promotion, transfers, and terminations;
  • Monitor expatriates’ legal status in the U.S., and assist expatriates with all applications, extensions or renewals for passports, visas, etc.;
  • Assist expatriates with their cultural adaptation and safety in the U.S., such as mentoring program, emergency card, etc.;
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and other paperwork in Mandarin Chinese and submit to the Head Office;
  • Analyze and evaluate the Bank’s expatriates’ turnovers and demands;
  • Maintain and update the monthly Chinese staff list and report to Head Office quarterly;
  • Participate in and/or manage ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related areas.

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
