The individual will be responsible to manage and govern IT Hardware and Software Asset Inventory.

IT General Management Automation

• Assist to develop annual program regarding automation of IT general managemen.
• Implement the automation program – Coordinate inter- and intra-department automation projects.

IT Asset Management

• Develop IT hardware and software asset lifecycle management methodology.
• Maintain a complete inventory of IT hardware and software assets, ensuring that the inventory is updated at least quarterly.
• Act as IT asset manager to own, process or coordinate requests associated with IT hardware and software assets.
• Develop and produce the full IT Asset Inventory report and analysis at least quarterly Software License Management.
• Develop software license management methodology - Maintain the inventory of all purchased licenses.
• Reconcile licenses against licensing agreements on at least a quarterly basis - Review the purchased software license inventory at least quarterly to plan ahead for license addition, renewal, recovery or termination.

IT Change Management

• Act as secretary of CCG to facilitate meetings to ensure major IT change plans are addressed and implemented in a timely manner - Develop and maintain inventory of IT change documentations including IT change reports.

• Bachelor's in science degree required, major in computer science or higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Demonstrate knowledge in Common computer operating systems such as Windows, Linux and IT Management and Policies.
