The new intern will assist with account opening, handling various tasks in overseas student account opening process and servicing. Major tasks include customer on-board, domestic branches communication, account onboard, account maintenance and related works.

• Review incoming account opening application request and perform necessary translation;
• Perform data input in system to onboard customer;
• Gather documents and prepare package for overseas student account mailing and tracking;
• Perform scanning, filing and organizing of customer profiles and reviews;
• Perform account maintenance upon receiving customer’s request.

• Bilingual; preferably able to read, write and type in both English and Chinese;
• Detail oriented, organized and multitask;
• Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.;
• Analytical, writing and communication skills;
• Be able to work independently.
