Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the Performance Evaluation Team.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to

  • Participate in all the PE related work, including but not limited to departmental and employee’s target setting, coaching and communication, evaluation and feedback etc.
  • Participate in other tasks in PE team, such as promotion processing, record retention, database maintenance, key initiatives, PE related research and meetings.
  • Responsible for the bank-wide PE training and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the internal and external control testing and auditing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or other related majors; Master’s degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of HR related experience with strong interest and passion in HR as a career required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Excellent data maintenance and analysis skills
  • Good at articulation and communication

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
