The Data Analytics Associate will be part of the team supporting the bank-wide data management programs, especially on data/business analytics, and improving business results through the usage of data throughout the organization.

Data Analytics
Domain Understanding: Work closely with business teams to understand their specific domains and data requirements. Formulate data needs based on business context and objectives.
Data Source Identification and Quality Analysis: Identify relevant data sources and conduct data quality assessments, root cause analyses, and propose remediation solutions.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
BI Reports Development: Collaborate with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense) to build dashboards with visualizations to monitor performance.
Presentation and Communication: Create compelling presentation decks using tools like PowerPoint. Present data analysis results to business leaders and management.
Predictive Analytics: Leverage AI/ML techniques to generate insights and drive improved business outcomes.
