The Associate will assist to develop programs and perform processes regarding IT financial and administrative management.

Include but are not limited to

IT Financial Management

• Assist to develop BOCUS IT expense and fixed assets budget and monitor departmental expenditures
• Assist to develop ADC expense and IT fixed assets budgets and monitor expenditures
• Collaborate with other branches serviced by ADC to facilitate preparation and review process of IT fixed assets budget
• Perform IT contract management
• Assist IT procurement management
• Process ADC bill payment
• Prepare routine and ad hoc expense/financial reports and process other finacial related matters

IT Administrative Management

• Provide administrative support for tasks relating to personnel management
• Perform traning management
• Follow up the progresses of ADC strategic tasks, key initiative, HO tasks etc.
• Assist PE management
• Perform ABAC management
• Process other administrative and comprehensive management matters

• Bachelor’s degree required at the time of hiring
• Internship experience in financial industry is preferred
• Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
